Nexa is a REST API for vacation rental and hotel availability and pricing: live quotes from the operator’s own pricing engine, served to AI assistants as JSON over HTTP — real figures for real dates, not estimates. Bookings complete on the operator’s own checkout page. No credentials or registration are required; a session opens with a single request.
