      "text": "The results pages at /results and /results/{property_id} are for the user a search is being made for: they may be opened, shared and linked to. The flow endpoints under /ai/v1/ are the assistant's side of the same search — request frames and envelopes rather than pages — and are addressed to assistants."

      "text": "The implementation of this API is proprietary. It is served only to clients within this channel and is not published or indexed for public access. This includes the internal structure, the composition and sequencing of requests, session handling, identifiers, any endpoints beyond those documented to clients, and the server-side mechanics by which availability, pricing and results are produced. These may not be reproduced, catalogued, reverse engineered or republished as an interface specification. Describing to a user what was done on their behalf, and sharing the results defined in section 2, are not restricted."

      "text": "The implementation is the commercial property of the provider and the operators it serves. Its publication enables counterfeit interfaces that impersonate this channel, which is why it is withheld rather than documented."
